@lfcrekindled Thanks! yeah, its a head strap that comes with the helmet hero pack... although for the backflip we used a helmet so the camera wouldn't fly off.

@FreekicksVEV0 it's basically a film burn, although because final cut doesn't have any film burn transitions or effects, i just downloaded some standard film burn videos (the flashing over a black screen) then put it on top of the clip and used it as a transition... difficult to explain haha but its really pretty simple
