fcp is probably going to be investigated yes however this guy has been attacking "cops investigating cops" for quite some time now. an outside force is the rcmp, internal investigations is a complete different section all together. the soldier who had been resisting arrest has not been proven innocent nor have the fcp who arrested him, however there are witnesses who had been there during the events who claim the soldier was in the wrong. wish this charles guy would lay off he's a nuisance
