My opinion on the song. The beginning is just pure, speed metal. I get the taste of kill em all by Metallica. Then they rip into this slow moving beast to go along with the chorus that reminds me of pantera. Then the end I get the taste of ride the lightning album by Metallica. Overall, 9.5/10 my new favorite song :)

You know, in the Graspop concert, the band didn't exactly have the greatest sound working for them and didn't play an absolutely flawless show, but it really shows the Rev's talent. He sang, screamed and played the best out of the them all. You never really hear the Rev mess up, and he's got such a powerful voice in Burn it down he overpowers shadows at some points. RIP

I heard that Shadows stopped screaming because one time when they were playing he screamed so hard that one of his vocal cords gave out, and were bleeding. He wasn't screaming around this time because he did have surgery for a burst blood vessel in his throat, but that's not to say he was unable to scream. Simply, had he screamed, he would have undergone an immense amount of vocal stress that could have ruptured the blood vessel again, and caused serious damage, hence why he didn't resume live screaming until recently.
