I wish. Selkies has some of the most bad-ass sweeps I've ever seen. The sweeps in that song are much more technical then what I do. Some have 2 notes per string, others have sliding, and some have tapping.

it really depends on what song...during extremely fast solos, gh is easier because of only 5 frets to worry about...but as for strumming really fast, the real guitar is easier because you don't have to worry about timing as you do with guitar hero. and some songs are easier on the real guitar because of the open E string instead of having to hold down the green fret...

they say if you play real guitar for a long time then play guitar hero on hard or expert some times medium you will suck horribly but if you play guitar hero and take guitar lessons its just lessons that get you good........then eventually you can play gh on expert and play real guitar good. (trust me pinktiger3 i been playing guitar for 5 years and failed a song on easy, i play expert now without a problem)

To conquer GH it may take months or maybe less.

To conquer real guitar it WILL take years and years of practice and you will ALWAYS have something new to learn. Real guitar isn't just about learning how to play it, it's about building your own style and creativity to CREATE music. Not like Guitar Hero where you just practice to get a good score.
