I'm playing this on iphone and can't get the 10th package. Walking in a straight line is a pain in the ass using a touch screen. That and the fact that I've already completed the story missions and keep getting shot at when I'm trying to walk along the top of the wall.
@nightmare6611 Well you'll have all the islands unlocked so you won't have to bypass the bridges through cheats or glitches, but you can still follow my guide for the locations of all the packages since they won't change. If you decide to start a new game you can follow my guide exactly as well.
Hmm... the beginning is a good time to get all of the packages, isn't it? I would like to do this, but I've already done all the Portland missions and it's too late, and I don't know if I'll want to repeat all the missions...
Yeah, that sucks coz Shoreside Vale will be cut off to you now - but at least you can get all the packages up to that point if you don't want to start over - I think that's just over 60 but I forget what you unlock with 60 packages. Just check the rest of these vids if you're interested.

@robphas Yeah, the mafia guys with shotguns are a pain when you're trying to do side missions/collectables later on in the game.
