hey ur really good! is vault hard when u have to do a front handspring? cuz u got a pretty far jump there from the floor to the spring board.

I have major issues with this skill. i can do it fine to flat-back, i did it once with spot into pit, but now i just have this thing going where i run up to the vault and dont go over. its completely stupid because there's nothing to be afraid of, but i just cop out everytime!!

if any 1 has any tips, it would be greatly appreciated!!!!

@AcroPrincess1 It depends on the level. If you vault at a handspring: stay hollow and try to get off the vault as fast as you can, WITHOUT bending your elbows.

i need help on the height thing on my handspring vault. I block but i just somehow fall off the horse.

try handstand hops onto a raised surface, like a panel mat. once that's easy stack mats behind the vault table and do the same thing
