Firstly, you do have a birth cert showing that. You typically receive a "short form", and not the full copy from the hospital. The short form is commonly accepted, but a long form must be presented when citizenship is in question. The COLB presented? In 1961, Hawaii had just become a state, and a COLB was easily obtainable by filing a simple affidavit. Many non US born Citizens obtained one. This would've triggered the health dptmnt to announce a birth via newspaper.

The state of Hawaii charges $17.00. If you were born more recently, you may even be able to access an online copy of your long form. If he is so great then tell me why congress held a congressional hearing on John McCain to determine if he was eligible to become POTUS. He produced his birth certificate when asked to do so. BARRY SOTERO's citizenship was REVOKED at the point when he attended schools in Indonesia--INDONESIA DOES NOT ALLOW STUDENTS WITH DUAL CITIZENSHIP. He had to revoke his U.S. Citizenship in order to attend! AND HE ATTENDED! This REQ'D him to RE-apply for American Citizenship at least 14 YRS before he could run for Pres. THERE ARE NO SUCH RECORDS! No, under US law, he did not lose his US citizenship if he was adopted in Indonesia because a child cannot form the consent to give up their US citizenship. He retained it, along with Indonesian citizenship if he did indeed get it. Under US law, he would have retained the Indon. citizenship until age 23 when he would have had to renounce publicly his US citizenship in order to keep the Indon. citizenship. He did not do that. By not losing his US citizneship, he did not have to re-apply ...

3. she is admitted to the California bar, but concedes she never actually attended law school
4. she also runs some sort of front as a dentist, and a realtor.

Orly Taitz is being disbarred for lying to a Judge. Evidently you are unaware of this. She filed papers as an officer of the court which she knew were false. This is a criminal offense.
On 18 September 2009, Major Connie Rhodes, for whom Orly Taitz was acting, filed a formal notice with the court. She repudiated Ms Taitz, and demanded that she stop misleading the court.
This is a grievous charge, and will lead to disbarment.

It's not from WND, it's the Oct Quarterly Report with filed with the FEC. Perkins COIE is the law firm that represented Obama in most if not all eligibility cases (the total number of cases currently tallies to over a dozen. Many of which are still active). The Oct FEC report shows Perkins Coie received $1,666,397.01 since the 2008 election. At least half of that money, is NOT from campaigning, and likely to be much more. That's why most ppl say 800k-1Mil.

i use jackson as an example, not a comparison.
but i will compare them. both are american citizens who have used their legal rights to fight in the US courts. whether guilty of innocent, they both have the right to fight any cases and have the right to pay an attorney if they choose. paying an attorney does not mean anyone is hiding anything. do all people and entities that have attorneys have something to hide? dr, large and small businesses, insurance co. homeowners etc. i dont think so

Not all birth records are sealed. In many States, they are public records. Not only are Obama's birth records sealed, but all his school and medical records are sealed too. This has all been done at the request of Barack Obama and his attorneys. Every President in the last 40 years has provided access to this information except Obama. We can't even see his kindergarten records. If he has nothing to hide, why not just produce the records and put this issue to rest?

Wrong. Here in my state, you could not view my birth certificate or my tax records without a judge's order. You could only find out if I had not paid my property taxes because then it becomes a matter of public record. Were I to die, you could only gain access to the same information published in the newspaper, not autopsy records or even cause of death unless my family allowed it. Arrest records are only released if the police allow it. You have no idea what you are talking about.

and no it is not the "short" form since there is no separation between the short and long form. Hawaii simplified the process in 2001 and now make only one form. the "vault" copy is not available to anyone, including Obama

there is no footprint, no phys signature, no hospital name. no weight.

Firstly, you do have a birth cert showing that. You typically receive a "short form", and not the full copy from the hospital. The short form is commonly accepted, but a long form must be presented when citizenship is in question. The COLB presented? In 1961, Hawaii had just become a state, and a COLB was easily obtainable by filing a simple affidavit. Many non US born Citizens obtained one. This would've triggered the health dptmnt to announce a birth via newspaper.

I feel kind of bad for you seeprice. Your speaking without knowing. I promise you, you can see your long form Birth Certificate. No matter where you are born. Most states charge $10.00 for a copy. The state of Hawaii charges $17.00. If you were born more recently, you may even be able to access an online copy of your long form. To order, contact your local or state Registrar, or just Google the info.
