Man i love this, and yes i will add garlic. Garlic is one of the world`s most POWERFULL ANTI-inflamatory alongside Onions... But garlic is stronger... once u cook it thou it kills the good enzymes.... mannn people should know mroe about these things... YAHWEH BLESS U BROTHER PAUL!!! I am on a nearly 85% raw food diet because of you... thank you brother paul. =]
Thanks again Paul - this recipe is FANTASTIC! I love adding fresh cilantro and dried cumin - delicious! I now make this several times a week. I add in sunflower greens that I grow.
I plan on demonstrating this at our April Raw Food Meetup! I'm so glad you shared this recipe.
Thanks for sharing this recipe Paul ~ I just made it for my lunch and really enjoyed it. I always depended on green smoothies, but I'm not always in the mood for sweet. This was perfect.
Thanks so much for sharing, I sure appreciate and learn a lot from your videos!
Very interesting blending all those ingredients together.. I have been juicing for a while, but never blended anything but fruit. Will for sure try this recepie. How do you keep the Advocado you don't use fresh for another day? What about jucing the entire lemon whats you peel it? Thanks for the inspiration :D
Nice family picture. Cooking with fire help man kind expand because he could get a lot of calories from grains and such with little work so he could pursue other things instead of food gathering. Today's new cooker is the blender because it can help break down a lot of nutrients to be readily absorb in our bodies.
Thanks for sharing this recipe. This raw food thing is all new to my husband & I. We're Torah observant talmidim of Yeshua & some of us in our house have digestive issues so I've been researching & Aba lead us to your channel - Halleluyah! We bought all kinds of produce yesterday, then I made a completely disgusting concoction from kale, celery & sweet pea pods. It was worse than it looked. I knew I must be doing something wrong. It was really spicy too which was weird I thought.
Last time I made a blended salad I used a food processor. This is good if you want everything a little coarser. Also used collards. This is perfect because most people don't chew well enough.
I'd like to try that with crackers, it looks good. Can the flax crackers be bought at a healthfood store, or do you make them? If you didn't eat this w/crackers, would you just eat it with a spoon out of a bowl? lastly... I just found you online in some older videos, and you are a good looking guy!! so, why do you want the big hairy beard??? you're hiding your good looks!!! (and the look doesn't go real well with making food) just asking :)
Hiya, do you eat organic only> Can I eat conventioanl raw?thanks

@dizyootum Avocado: 6% protein, 22% carbohydrate, 72% fat
I think it's safe to call avocado exactly what it is, a FAT
claudettedupont 1 year ago
@claudettedupont thank you! I agree with you. It's fat!

@dizyootum There is a good amount of fat in an avocado fruit

@dizyootum
Suggest you educate yourself about raw foods. Avocados are primarily fat!
