In italian...someone would tell you: ciao baby! Cucina!!! Just go and learn how to cook and then may be....one day you could be able to cook Italian.
People and chefs think that cooking italian is just an explained theoretical thing....buy a wood fire oven a grill and food and you're able to cook...No way, you need a lot more knowledge. Are you grilling, pan frying or backing? and if you were asked to cook just with 1 mean...what would you do?

I was thinking how embarrassed I would be if the waiter would put that beautiful T-bone steak in front of me...Lol Customer's would think I'm a PIG..Lol! But at the end I saw it was for 2 to share and it looked so freaking juicy! Imma order me one of those when I go to Westfield on father's day with my dad and will let you know how it tasted! xx
