hey bro, i plan on taking creatine and running a lot.no lifting.but will be doing pushups, pullups, sit ups, like a military workout type thing. do you think the creatine would give me results faster. ?
good to see this vid. gave me a little tase of home. I was born and raised in odenville alabama. I just started adding creatine monohydrate to my protine shake as well as mens multi vitamin. any tips you can offer a new guy on how to get ripped will be gladly accepted sir, thank you and have a blessed day
@webstertrakz Start with whey protein and add the creatine. Protein is an everyday the rest of your life kind of thing. You can take your creatine pre and post workout. I have also had good results just taking it at random times of the day. Hope this helps. Jason
This guy is smart. Also it is important to take creatine monohydrate when you are going through your bulking phase though. You can't just be scrawny or have no fat in your body or it won't have any affect.
If I use creatine, will my body become dependent on it? I don't plan on using creatine all the time, probably just when I am doing a gaining or cutting phase. If I go off of it after i've been using (for a gaining phase, let's say) will i lose some of that mass just because I've stopped using creatine? thanks!
i lifted wheights about 2 years strait i stoped because i diddnt have wheight lifting this year but im starting again. all the kids at school are buying protien shakes. i havent heard eneything except bad things about creatine but i got curious and did research the last 2 nights and then i saw this video and learned there is no side effects and it works. whats better in youre opion on which is better protien shakes are creatine?
@GMCman333 Well, you can't actually gain any muscle without protein intake, so protein is pivotal. Creatine is just the most reliable and safest additional supplement. Taking both will help you tremendously.
im thinking of getting some creatine. but im not sure what to get... creatine ethyl ester or monohydrate? im 16 in around 6ft1 and im slash ecto/meso. this is my first time using creatine. i also wanted to know is it the more expensive the creatine the better it is? ive been told the price makes no diffrent
@RMSC1994 Some recent studies have show than Planin Old Creatine Monohydrate works as good as the others. If cost is a factor it is a lot less expensive than some of the other types too.

@donvito2k16 I have never tried it, but we carry some of their other products and like them. What I do know is that SouthFit's Plain Old Creatine is tested for purity and it kicks butt every single time!
@PregnantWorker Monohydrate has the most research on it simpyl because it has been around the longest. I can attest to the fact that the SouthFit Creatine we are talking about is tested for purity and works.
Creatine is insane. I also went to see my doctor because I thought someone doped me with steroids. I was so worried seeing my squats go past 300lbs in 4 weeks. But after 5 weeks I really kind of plateaued on it & I'm not seeing any gains. I think I'm going to go off of it for a month. Stuff is crazy... sometimes I feel like I don't even have to breathe. In 2 months i'm pretty sure I gained over 5lbs of muscle, 15lbs total. I must respond really well to it. My friend gets bloated pretty bad.
yea but on the ingredents of the grape juice i just bought it has citris acid in it and would it really make a difference if i used grape or apple juice
is apple juice a good thing to take creatine with... if not what is and please dont say grape cuz i just got some and it has citris which is bad with creatine
Apple juice is fine, but for the record grape juice is a great way to take your creatine. Grapes are not a CITRUS fruit. . The key is to take it with a simple sugar. It has to do with insulin's function in the body. For creatine uptake to be enhanced, insulin release should be encouraged. If you use juice, make sure you get at least 100g of juice for every 5g of creatine.
i bought cell tech a couple of days ago. it should last me about two weeks or so. i was just wondering at the end of those two weeks if it would make a difference if i switched from cell tech to pure creatine? i dont have the money to pay for 6 more weeks of that stuff.
Most people will get just about the same results using Plain Old Creatine as the more expensive stuff. Just remember to take it with something like grape juice or Gatorade.
Creatine to be up to 36% more effective when taken with high glycemic index carbohydrates. That means you should take it with a carbohydrate rich meal. It's theorized that raising insulin levels by consuming simple sugars helps to better transport creatine and protein into muscle.
I received a serious injury early last year from a 1.5Tonne bull (I'm a farmhand/Cambridge scientist lol) and I was out of action for quite a while. Now I've recovered as fully as I'm going to, I'm gonna take some of this stuff to get back on top as quickly as I can. As long as I don't get diarrhoea, I can't see any downsides to this compound!

Can i put creatine in a protein shake with milk? I believe hearing that mixing creatine with milk isn't good.
enlightndone 2 years ago
The problem with using it in a shake is that too much of it winds up stuck to the sides of the blender and glass.
