Thank you for putting your journey on you tube. I am going through the process myself, just got back from my 2nd month appt with my physician assisted weight loss. I only need to do 3 months so I'm getting near scheduling a surgery date. I was debating whether or not I would tell people what I'm doing to lose weight but I really appreciate you sharing.
I started out using that Spirutein, and I don't really like it all that well, but it will fill you up if you add fruits and natural granola to it. I use the Rainforest Granola, it's the bomb, girl, try it. I am use to using the Fruitein protein so look for that one, I LOVE the Rainbow flavor one taste like a fruity candy and the Banana/orange, it taste like a dream scicle. They are like $26.95 or $19.99 per can and I buy it monthly. I Have more ideas for you too. Try those though. "Love ya".
Please make sure that when drinking your protein to exercise in Cardio or Aerobic with that otherwise that protein will breakdown into sugar and then to fat and that's what you don't want, so I use my protein only when exercising. If you just want to go for a long walk that will be fine, cause you can lose 20 in one month or more if your metobolism is really high. I may go ahead and get that surgery as well. I have my application already. blessings sweetie.

Congrats! I was at the park today with my son and another lady and I was talking about this. She just got it and lost 7 pounds in one week. I want it but i don't have a PPO. that protein is the worst its think and nasty i know it was hard 4 me to get down the best one i found was from vitaman shoppe and its called protein rush and it has 40 gs of protein..... good luck ur going to feel so different afterwards but in a good way i had the gastric bypass on 12.21.09 check out some of my videos,,,

Hello candie... I just got through watching one of your videos (surgery is set) and wanted to suggest an appetite suppressant called Phentermine. I too have struggled with being overweight and was considering the lap-band procedure, but was able to loose 60lbs since April 2010. I know everyone has their own preferences, but in my opinion taking a tablet was far much easier than surgery and all the other do's & don'ts that go along with the bypass or lap-band surgery.
