Why didn't Goku just use his instant transmission technique to transport Cell to a "Galaxy far Away"!? Cell can't sense power levels that well, so it is highly unlikely he would find his way back or maybe it would take Centuries! When Cell got blasted in half, Goku could have easily transported the bottom part to other world, throw it into the sun or something!

Goku,even when he is lower in raw power,can put up a serious danger for the enemy,he's agile and thinks of things(Instant Transmission Kamehameha,for example).
