I've reached this Boss on the Xbox 360 version and its a Pain in the Arse, what ever I shoot at it it it does not seem to be doing any damage, I have the Tac Cannon but it won' t work without a target lock and I cannot get a target lock with it, you say that all you need to do is keep shooting it and it will eventually go down.... I doubt that somehow

@nicksousa8 Yes I have now got past this boss, after watching this video I used the mini-gun as much as possible and eventually I managed to damage it enough to get onto the next stage which is where the huge alien war ship emerges from the depths and starts blasting the carrier, its then that you finally get the Tac cannot to work, there are turrets things on the alien ship that you blast away at eventually it starts to crash and you evecuate the carrier on a drop ship, the End...

@whatewer23 I've read on a couple of forums that if you run it on DX9 instead of DX10, it fixes the crashes. On Steam, right click on the launch screen and select option to start on DX9.

I think the battle with the exosuit was the most epic battle in Crysis, but it's way to easy, the ice beam doesn't actually hurt you at all, its bomb doesn't kill you even if it hits you directly. It would have been great if it had more health and could easily kill you.

I killed this guy in 48 seconds with the chaingun (i forget whats its called). For all that don't know, when you get frozen press all the move keys (W,A,S,D) really fast until you unfreeze. You can get unfrozen before you even fall over in most cases. Avoid the lazer beam at all costs cause no matter what its a one-hit kill.

I thought this boss was better than the actual final boss battle. I liked how he could freeze you, pick you up, throw you, throw cars and people at you. It was fun.

Your GPU may be overheating, have you overclocked? Maybe your ram or your cpu, if you overclock your CPU too much it could damage the ram if the FSB in Bios Is higher than the DDR speed divided by 2. If it isn't that, your GPU could be at the end of it's life or your PC just might not be good enough to handle it.

The most important thing is a good graphics card, the 2nd most important thing is a good processor, the 3rd is RAM.

Your processor is ok at 2.8GHz, might want to overclock it a bit. You need more memory...you are crazy to run a 64bit OS with a measly 450megabyte of RAM. For 64bit, you need at least 2 GB, recommended 4GB of RAM.

You also need to get a good GPU - an ATI 4770, ATI 4830, or Nvidia 8800/9800GT to play it at the minimum.
