  • When straightening out don't straighten your arm fully (stiffly) it'll hurt your elbows. same with the leg. Just saying.

  • guys these people have been doing this for long time dont just go full on straight away, even if they would do some exercises wrong it looks ok, cause you basically go ga ga on their bodies...do everything carefully

  • @chantsintsin Much like lifting the leg to begin with, extending it shifts the weight of your foot away from the supporting leg and towards the supporting arms, is my best guess.

  • @IMperfectMSx33 You need muscle in order to burn fat and slim down. When you do these exercises, try stretching the muscles slowly each time you workout. It helps lengthening the muscles so you don't bulk up. That's what I did for the last 7 months with doing dancing for my cardio. I lost 54lbs doing just these exercises and changing my eating habits. I feel goooooodddd!!!! :o)

    The excercise requires a really limber and flexible body. I'm sure pilates will help with properly doing this excercise properly.
