guys these people have been doing this for long time dont just go full on straight away, even if they would do some exercises wrong it looks ok, cause you basically go ga ga on their bodies...do everything carefully

@chantsintsin Much like lifting the leg to begin with, extending it shifts the weight of your foot away from the supporting leg and towards the supporting arms, is my best guess.
u know what great exercise but i'll like to c if a fat chick could do that i would really like to c that I used to work out for a long time than i stopped for like 2 years and now i don't have no more the physiques to be able to do that .. ..
@IMperfectMSx33 You need muscle in order to burn fat and slim down. When you do these exercises, try stretching the muscles slowly each time you workout. It helps lengthening the muscles so you don't bulk up. That's what I did for the last 7 months with doing dancing for my cardio. I lost 54lbs doing just these exercises and changing my eating habits. I feel goooooodddd!!!! :o)

When straightening out don't straighten your arm fully (stiffly) it'll hurt your elbows. same with the leg. Just saying.

I feel you, I can't do it either. WoW, now thats what I call fit.
The excercise requires a really limber and flexible body. I'm sure pilates will help with properly doing this excercise properly.
