Switch from dirt to something with more aeration. Try ebb n flo its cheap easy to make and your plants will grow faster and fuller. Also cfl is really cool so you can move your light really close. Get a yellow colored bulb 2700k for budding and blue 6500k for growth.

you got enough light, you need to drop your lights down, thats why you got long internode lenghts. nice little tent, peace bro.

i think you need to lower your lights man. your plants are stretching alot and are kinda stringy. maybe if your using cfls get some 23 watters for the under foilage. good luck
