@jfrerson131 < Chargers are a joke and have MORE probs than the Magnum. I tow for L.A. County Sheriff and have to pick up 3 or 4 a day to the shop for one thing or another. Rarely do I pick up a vic for mech failures.

its not transmission leaks that are the problem with dodge overdrives. The overdrive fails because it was simply added on to the old Torqueflite 727 transmission, and never properly designed.

The magnum's transmission was leaking oil dripping onto the exhaust.....a tell tale sign the tranny is about to fail. Dodge had lots of warranty work on these auto trannies.

@Spadadiforza My dodge charger has went through 3 electric fans and it's only got 63,000 miles on it and I just had to have my spark plugs replaced too, when the fans fail they fly off into the radiator and bust the radiator I'm no longer a Dodge fan thats why i'm getting a Tahoe in January.

I live about 5 mins away from there on Harris Rd near Tennyson. They really should discontinue the Magnum for the Sheriff's dep out here. Seems like they just aren't made for pursuits.
