For the ones who don't, he's called that because both he and Daisuke Ishiwatari (Series Creator) are fan of Queen.

Most of Sol Moves have some reference to Queen's Songs, his bandana is written "ROCK YOU" because of a Queen song and Badguy comes from another Queen song, "Mr. Bad Guy"...

Sol's also Daisuke's Alter-Ego accordingly to the own Daisuke...
