  • @folklorette are you thinking what i'm thinking? :D

  • @folklorette Do tell, please.

  • tarantino's style!

  • @dmalooly ¬¬ go to the hell!

  • @dmalooly not a great musician? yet he continues to influence and write for new musicians of all genres? he is a musical genius

  • I need 14 bullets

  • @matacactus What for, to fire at the Nopales?

  • @dmalooly Are you kidding me? In the 60's and 70's there were three people writing a large chunk of the music. Bob Dylan, Neil Young and Neil Diamond. Show some respect.

  • @dmalooly Yes, Neil Diamond is a great musician. He wrote all of his songs, many of which have been covered and hits for other musicians as well. Such as, "Girl, You'll Be a Woman Soon", "I'm a Believer", "Red Red Wine". Sweet Caroline, Crackin Rosie, Cherry Cherry, Holy Holly, Solitary Many are all great songs written by a great musician.

    Why hate on Neil?

  • @dmalooly What exactly do you mean by this?

  • @pie0my take no notice, some people would not know talent if it hit them, Neil is a legend, and still going strong

  • great song. neil diamond is tha man

  • I love this song, and appreciate you posting it here, but what's with the pyramids? The image here seems totally random.

  • pulp fictionnnn i love this song

  • Night at the museum 2, bitches.

  • oh flippin Great .. love this track an coolbeans,

im goin to be in egypt next sunday =P cant wait

  • Dude I'm 14 and I hate all the music that's out now. I would have given anything to have been around in the 60's. I think that was the best decade of music. Not all teens have turned over to the bullshit that is today's music. For instance, The Beatles are my favorite band of all time. No question.

  • @Bot783 Ohhmygosh I totally agree with you! hahah. I'm 14 also, and I admit that I do like some of the hits out today, but our generations music is total shit compared to old music. The Beatles are also one of my favorite bands. I fucking love 60's, 70's, and 80's music. I wish I was around then too:(

  • my favorite part from PULP FICTION is the part about the watch!! lol :)

  • Hi Pie !!

She was a great horse no ??

  • @DonCheechio That she was, that she was. Lol, you're actually the first person who's got the reference.

  • guess what? PULP FICTION!

  • Urge overkill sucks ass. They did a kaoraoke version of this classic by a true master. I hate that bands can blatently steal without giving clear and obvious credit where it is due.

  • @underthefornix 'nuff said on that subject!

  • @BlindDuck1 it can never be said enough. It needs to be continually pounded home. Why do you think young people think the artists who remake, and even remake remakes are the original atists? because it's not relentlessly pounded home that they're not and that they are just glorified karaoke performers.

  • @underthefornix To be fair, and I say that loosely, it isn't necessarily the listeners fault so much as it is the artist who does the remake. As with everything else in the society of our youth, these rip-off artists will lie by omission. Sadly, todays moronic kids are way too lazy to research something so "banal" or even have a musical past that would include a repitoir deeper than, at most, the 80's.

  • @BlindDuck1 Todays "moronic" kids? I doubt that kids from the 60s listened to music from 40 years previous. However you'll be suprised of what music we do listen to. It's only the chavs that listen to all that drum and bass crap. I am 14 and i listen to everything and i don't care what era it's from. I have buddy Holly on my iPod from the 50s. I listen to groups such as Madness, The Kinks, The Who, David Bowie,Neil Diomond (obviously). So don't label all kids the same when it's a small amount.

  • @XxmcrlooneyxX how would kids in the 60's listened to music from 40 yrs previous, not much put onto vinyl from 1910's and 20's. i know what most 14 year olds listen to, and its neil diamond(obviously) i think moronic is a good general word for them, but doesnt sum them all up. you've got varied taste which is unusual.

  • @BlindDuck1 everytime I hear a remake I drop the hammer.......HARD!

  • this feels me like with a boyfriend i had he was a jerk and i love the lyrics don't let them make up your mind and the tune is gorgeous i love the song and the artist i always sing along to neil diamond still haven't found a boyfriend yet

  • By far my favorite Neil Diamond song.

  • cool

  • Wow, used to listen to this song on the radio, around 10-11 years old. Felt like it was speaking directly to me!

  • @glynnth so your what.... 27? ~.0

  • @schwilly75

    Ha ha, very funny!

    Guess I really "dated" myself, didn't I??

  • Tyler Price officially made this song 10x better with that skate part.

  • This version is way better than Urge Overkill. No offence.

  • i love it! beautiful !

  • @1707054...Yes they do it's just that you're not looking in the right place's;it's not found on the pop chart's of course.Try a group called Harmony and the song is silently we fall.

  • haha fa sho i love this part in the movie!! MUTHAFUKA!

  • for all you fags quoting pulp fiction, guess what... the song was around long before the movie!

  • @headkickko i'm sure they know that

    you need to chill buddy

  • @headkickko

    thats right

    get your stuff straight

  • @headkickko Ease up, cowboy. Fact remains that if it wasn't for pulp fiction and tarantino's brilliant soundtracks, I'd never even heard of this song.

  • @Fripitto well sir, then it also stands to reason if this song was nether composed or sung by Neil Diamond, we may never have experienced Quentin Tarantino's genius by his unique placement of this song and everyone lose it would have been,

I suppose even Mozart and Beethoven had critic's,

  • pulp fiction FTW

  • i think i like the urge overkill version better but then again i did hear it first and love pulp fiction hah

  • They don't make songs like this anymore :( :( :(

  • Jules: Describe what Marsellus Wallace looks like!

  • @CeRoNegacion how is this relevant to this music ...?

    lol?

  • @MediaPrecursor It's not really, it's a quote from "Pulp Fiction", the soundtrack of which includes this song covered by Urge Overkill.
