I was learning Deutsche back in school, one thing that helped me was like you said the podcast, I always listen to them while sleeping and it helped me out real well, Not sure if it is a safe way to learn though....
Lol @CartoOn7. SeventhSun, how did u stray on2 this video then??? 4 ppl who like J-pop, check out HINOI team, 1 song in particular is crazy - 'Night of Fire' I love the dancing
I'm stuck on romaji! lol bad I know XD I'm happy that you are studying so hard!! I didn't know you were a teacher!! How wonderful :D Why don't you watch some of victors Japanese videos on gimmeabreakman channel? He is one of my resources and I am doing better. great vid! ttyl, friend
It's Russian for me! I'm still not quite to the level you describe in your video, but I'm working on it. BTW, I have a CD set that I use in the car... but it's just vocabulary building stuff. I've watched quite a few Russian movies in the last couple years!
DUDE! The man of the moment! Haha, I am flattered and humbled. I want to do a direct video response on this... Thing is that I am having a crazy week with work and I'm in no shape to do it right now, but I will get back with a vid and some thoughts soon.
Congrats on getting featured by the way, and 35,000 vids without even being featured, crikey, that magibon song is HUGE!
Hehe, I will get back on this SOON so stand by and thanks for thanks for the message and shout out!
Japanese sounds nice and I probably would like to learn it but I am afraid of the letters. When I look too much on Japanese letters it makes me feel dizzy.
I started learning Japanese a few month ago- so this question - if answered - will be very helpful for me as well - I learn japanese - the same way that u do - learning Kanji - reading stuff and watching movies - if possible - very hard to get them here in Germany - at least for me
If you can get Ge ge ge no Kitaro, it's a good one. Fun to watch, and not too hard to understand. And it's fairly recent and big so it might available far and wide... maybe...
THanks for the comment. We await Hikosaemon's informative answer...

This was a while ago so you may be beyond it, but there is a podcast of kids stories called ふぁんた時間
I load up my mp3 player and listen during my commute or whenever. Like your vids and your music, keep it up!

Listen Japanese Pop music is great!
Tsunku (つんく?) is one of the best song writers ever. His songs fill me with happiness.
Why learn Japanese? Because it makes me happy.

Not sure about podcasts, but you should check out d-addicts if you don't know it. Tons of great j-dramas there in torrents.
chimera15 3 years ago
Thanks for that. I shall check it out straightaway.
Are you in Japan? There's a guy named Chimera on a blog I read, Japundit. You're not the same guy, by chance?
fatblueman 3 years ago
No, no in Japan, not on Japundit. Lot of chimera's on the web probably ;)
