  • conrad is an ugly name

  • Ha. Will it be safe for this Doctor to go anywhere when he gets out? He might be safer in prison.

  • I LOVE THIS JUDGE! THE FIRST JUDGE TO USE COMMON SENSE!

  • This Sentencing Is Very Fair... Doctors Are Care For Patients... Not Kill Them..

  • When i saw parts of the doumentary of Murray, igot so pissed when he was blaming Michael, so i wondered....WHO ORDERED 4 gallons of PROPOFOL and GAVE IT TO MICHAEL ?MURRAY IS A DISGRECE TO MEDICAL PROFFESION,HE DID NOT FEEL GUILTY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!FOUR YEARS IS REALLY NOT ENOUGH FOR THAT GUY .

  • The judge seems like he needed to say all this. I can't imagine how he felt during the trial, hearing all that crap, and not being able to say anything.

  • well said, Judge. well said indeed. im extremely grateful that this case was handed such a man as this one. from all ive heard, he seems quite thoughtful and objective, just the way a judge is supposed to be. and many thanks to you for the post. missed seeing this on tv, being at work, so its good to find it here

  • It was important for the Judge to explain to the world the magnitude of this crime and how disturbing the doctor's actions were that caused the death. Dr. Murray has no remorse , not guilt, and shows he did not care about his patient's life but was thinking of himself. That is scary as hell. Doesn't matter who the patient was, his actions were criminal. The state inmates are disappointed they wont meet this quack...

  • got to love this judge. i hope other judges learn from him no one is above the law

  • @MBP178gb266 The truth of the matter is that propofol is a very safe anesthetic,if the patient is carefully monitored and not left alone.Murray left Michael alone, went to call his girlfriends, and when he did find MJ not breathing,he started hiding the propofol bottles, instead of calling 911.

  • @zameisie I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU, the whole case seems premeditated murder to me.

  • Wow... when he said "failure of character", if I were the perpetrator, I would've felt so ashamed I won't know where to hide my face. But Murray has his chin up, head held high. He does not feel any remorse or shame at all. What is this man made of????

  • @johanna006 seriously. heck, he looked bored *shudders* even to the point of falling asleep at his own trial. ugh. yeah, i know a lot of people who would pass out listening to so much talk from one person, but the judge needed to be very clear about all the points in this convoluted case. wouldve been nice if Murray had shown a lil respect

  • Judge Pastor rocks!

  • the very thing that caused conrad to be unethical and reckless is the very thing that contributed to his sentencing. M O N E Y... THE NERVE OF HIM TO DO THAT DOCUMENTARY. HOW SPINELESS CAN HE BE... DESPICABLE

  • thank you for the video I had to work and forgot to tevo it how wonderful is UTUBE and the folk who download THANK YOU

  • Thanks for posting!

  • IMHO Judge Pastor tells it like it is without beating around the bush. Here, without evidence of being on any sort of power trip, he quite clearly gave his opinion in regard to the best interest of the public.

  • Conrad Murray is looking at the Judge like he dont know what he is talking about!! he really feels he didnt do no wrong!! now can someone take a few minutes of their time and explain why everyone is saying that the cell phone where Michael is slurring is Conrad's insurance..for real i dont get that part..

  • omg was this Judge in my head at the time of the trial!!!! Everything i comment on youtube and everything i thought is exactly what this Judge is saying... now i know when this Judge is walking my way i have to say..HERE COMES THE JUDGE HERE COMES THE JUDGE!!!! he is the man with a GAVEL!!!

  • what the hell it was an accident. we all make mistakes at one point, and i think its cruel for Conrad to be sentenced so harshly.

  • @MBPi78gb266 Did you even bother watching this trial? This man didn't just make a mistake. He acted recklessly and because of his recklessness, he caused a man's death. He's a doctor, saying that 'we would all panic' in this situation does NOT apply. He faced these type of circumstances on a DAILY basis as a cardiologist. He's trained, or so we thought, to deal with emergency situations. His actions after discovering Michael were those of a criminal hiding his wrongdoing.

  • @KinGofPoPXxXJunkie wow, we should still learn to forgive and forget though. how would you like it if you accidentally killed someone, and you had to spend four years in jail. I'm sure you would panic too.

  • @MBPi78gb266 You are being fooled by a sociopath. Do you not get it? This man believes he did NOTHING wrong. We all make mistakes, but the way we rectify those mistakes is we admit to them and try to learn from them. Murray admits no mistakes, he, in his own words, does NOT feel sorry because "I didn't do anything wrong."

  • @MBPi78gb266 How is it a mistake to order 255 bottles of propofol and give your patient 15 litres of it,and when your patient dies, you say,oh I did nothing wrong,it was just a mistake?

  • @zameisie yes, you do.

  • @MBPi78gb266 That's why Conrat is a danger to society, because if he was not given a jail term, he would just come out and give more patients large amounts of propofol 'by mistake'.He should be kept behind bars forever!

  • @zameisie wow, you're so insensitive and mean :(

  • @MBPi78gb266 Why attack my character? We are talking about Conrat's sentence.

  • @zameisie i can understand putting someone in jail for murder, but this was an accident.

  • @MBPi78gb266 *lifts a skeptical brow* yeah? do you not realize how many people are in jail right now because of accidents in a variety of forms and flavors? and if it was one, he should own it and, not that its possible, at least try to offer Michael's friends and family some sort of reparation. some remorse or other related emotions wouldnt go amiss either. but does he? i think the answer is fairly obvious

  • @MBPi78gb266 Maybe it was an accident, but he could do this to any body for money you know Murray is A MONEY DOCTOR. He left his patient alone, with the dreep of propofol and did not monitored him properly, and then lied to everybody, to cover up, and hid the propofol bottles. HE IS GUILTY.

  • I am so grateful to you for posting this. Thank you.

  • This is the example of......a damn good judge!! Thankyou Judge Pastor, you have my utmost respect.

  • Judge Pastor, I love you. really well spoken!!!

  • Judge Pastor lite Murray up like a Christmas tree! Go Judge Pastor!

  • Well spoken. It's just a shame 4 years is the maximum sentence in these circumstances.

  • Fantastic Judge, excellent throughout.

  • thanks you for this video!!!! thank you so much

  • YES!!! HAHA,goodbye you damn murderer!

    Evils face=murderays face

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH for putting the complete sentencing on youtube...I'm glad I was able to watch the whole thing and really appreciate it.

  • This judge was professional throughout the trial and spot on ,judge Tito should take note... on that it supriced me that Chekhov was so dumb with hi acting emotional that just looked stupid and Pastor didn't buy it rightly so but Chekhov(or whatever the defense main lawyer name is) was part of the so called "dream team" of the O.J. trial and proved himself to be incompliant in this trial that was a surplice... not that his professionally would have made a difference...

  • excellent judge...broke it down beautifully.

  • I love this judge!

  • ... where is the rest?

The Jackson family statement the procecution comments and the silly and akward crocodile teared defence statement and the first part of the statements by the judge??

You just jumped over everything and just skip to guilty 4 years jail sentence.!

  • I could never figure out why he would have taped Jackson while he was going under Propovol narcosis in his bedroom...

But judge Pastor cleared that up in his well thought out sentencing comments

  • I still love this Judge! some people think he is harsh, I find him to be very respectful and fair.

  • @habibi020202 YES, I TOTALLY ADMIRED THE JUDGE, he is fair and respectful, i like his speech.

  • murray looks like he wants to lunge over the table at the judge.

  • thank you. i missed seeing this and was glad to be able to watch it

  • Why hasn't the whole sentencing been uploaded?? Like Wlagren talking and stuff??

  • Justice for MJ
