Yeah of course. Even though 6 might be a bit young to practice stuff like flips, any sort of jumping or climbing is a great way to get experience for when he wants to start properly. You should check out Basingstoke Active Life Centre too (the gym in this video) - I'm not sure about the age limits on their activities but there might be something for him. I'd probably say 6 is a bit too young to be starting this kind of intense activity, parkour would be a better bet since it doesn't involve flipping. I'm only 15 but the chances are your 6 old won't understand the risks involved as complexely as say an older traceur would and might try going too big too early and get seriously injured. I do know a 10 year old that's incredible at it though lol, perhaps wait till he's a bit older? Tree climbing could be a good start though

frontflip roundoff is kind of easy: first start your front flip a from a bit higher point like they do in the vid. at the end of your frontflip land with one feet after the other like in the video and the rest is about being strong and practicing ;)

its still hard landing a frontflip on 1 foot too much pressure on 1 foot ill keep trying. check out andrea catozzi's webster aerial flashkick combo its even more awesome!!!

you know...when you spin and land on one foot after another, it doesn't mean all the pressure comes on the first foot: if you spin a little further it you can land with both feet at the same time and devide the pressure on both feet (I see gymnastst doing it) good luck ;)

Dont use online tutorials, Just take to the streets with some of your mates, pref sombody who has done it before and learn that way. But stick to the easy stuff at first

Of course it is a good idea to do it with people who have done it before so that they can give you advice and tell you what you're doing wrong, but what is the point of having your friend explain the basics of a move to you when you could have just read it online from an expert at the move...?

yer it is there is free for all seshions on wednesday 830-1030 and on fridays 7:45- 9:00 and on saterday 4:00 - 8:30 and its about 10 pound for long seshion 6 pound for the smaller seshions and after your first day u have to pay for insurance which is about 30 quid
