  • Meh. Not bad. I've seen Todd play it sloppy live, too. I like that the Bangles added it to their repertoire. And I like that the "wandering" guitar solo at the end seems to be a nod to the fade-off bassline in another Rundgen gem - "Determination"

  • I absolutely love the Bangles. I absolutely hate this rendition. Todd must've puked.

  • @billeemusic LOL!!! ;) maybe they should've done it in another key. i mean, i'm not criticizing them, but the vocals don't really stand out. you can barely hear Susanna! that could be the PA, could be her voice just doesn't project. i don't know. it's almost like a whisper. when The Nazz did it, the vocals were VERY up-front! still, i gotta admire the girls for doing a tune like this!

  • and THAT'S why ladies can't play rock' n' roll... nice try, though...

  • @sportsmediaamerica=ladies cant play rock n roll? how did someone with less than one brain cell get onto the internet? Oh yeah, anyone who thinks "sports" & "media" belong in the same sentence wouldn't get the Bangles so must've got here by accident looking for his ESPeeNis (dont you get it?=sports equals the mental equivalent of a cat watching tic-tac-toe). Call me in 20 years when U develop a clue junior

  • @wmprokipchak I only meant they play it substandardly...sort of like you when you're trying to write as if you are superior to others... got it, senior?

  • nice cover
