Planking is dangerous! I was planking on these two pillars on the edge of the roof of this four story building. It took my friend so long to take the picture (like 5 minutes!) that my abdomen gave out and I just rolled of the roof!

Luckily, I was able to grab onto an awning after I'd already fallen 2 stories. It was pretty intense. but we got the picture. Haha
