  • OMG I am really flexible but I can't do these poses and I've taken yoga lol. I am going to work on these poses until I can do them to the best of my ability but I don't know if I can ever make my body bend into a BOX position lmao. But yogabody777 I just have to say "Bravo"! You are awesome at Yoga. Keep it up.

  • No, they not advanced postures, they are actually quite basic postures but absolutely not for beginners.

    This is why so many people hurt themselves practicing yoga postures they have not prepared for appropriately.

    Even the title of the video is wrong, these postures aren't stretching the back, they are contracting the back, stretching the front.

    You can see that this guy is bending his back, therefore he is stretching his front. You can't bend your back and stretch it at the same time...you idiot !

    So dispense with the pigeon English and the attempted insults (which I can only take as a compliment anyway) and go find yourself a sound teacher.

  • Do the yoga backbend dropbacks, now that takes good back flexibility to come out of the wheel pose and then the balance of getting back nto the wheel pose.

I'm a man and wish I had kept the flexibility I had achieved in my early 20's and now regret letting it get away from me. I think that is good if you have that kind of flexibility.
