oh. another thing.. when you stand at the underground tunnel entrance door and you step downwards 2 times, PRESS YOUR START BOTTON REALLY FAST. you have to do it before he sees you then you fly to Cerulean city. but save it when in lavander town :) i think i shall have to make a video.. cuz this is even confusing me xD

fly to lavander town and walk to where the underground tunnel is. stand in front of the door and press down i think once or twice before the gambler guy sees you, press start and fly to Cerulean city.walk across the nugget bridge to the kid in this video called luis,he had the slowpoke.let him walk to you. battle him. your menu button will work again.fly back to lavander town and walk through the little narrow path heading back to the under ground path. menu will pop up.press B. mew will pop up.

I hate to say it but glitching is still cheating. You had to make the game freak out in order to get it lmao. I've used all sorts of cheats. I wanted to play through Pokemon Blue, Red, and Yellow one last time and get all 151 pokemon without cheating or glitching. Straight up raise every pokemon by battling. They no longer have nintendo promotions where they give away Mew to those who have caught all 150 Pokemon so I am rather screwed unless I find someone with a legit mew :/

And when you capture the mew, the only reason why it appears in your pokedex(instead of a Slowpoke) is because the game returns to normal after whether you have KO'ed it or captured the Mew and it detects you have captured the Mew. If you killed it, Don't worry, wait, YOU HAVE TO WORRY! That Trainer with the slowpoke MUST BE LEFT ALONE OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO USE A GAMESHARK OR SEND NINTENDO 1000000000 LETTERS SO THEY COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND THEY TRADE YOU FOR FREE A MEW!( #2 will rarely happen)

the reason why you defeat the Slowpoke is because the game glitches and when you encounter the Mew, the game malfunctions and thinks you are battling a slowpoke again and once again it malfunctions so a mew comes out because slowpoke looks like a mew to the CPU beacause it probobly has the same generic code and some how one of the numbers change from 0 to 1 or the order is switched and you get your self a level 7 mew. And he is right, only the master balls are glichted from GameShark. THIS WORKS

actually, you are not allowed to batle the other trainers, there is a way to get around the mountain man but thats the only exception, otherwise, your game is glitched and you will have to restart it, AND I MEAN IT!

Hint about getting mew: When u are going to fight youngster be sure to leave a little space before u fight him if not the game will freeze.

u dont need to battle THAT GUY u need to battle a pokemon with the special stat of 21 before returning to the route of the trainer u originally teleport (fly) away from. to make sure of that u can train a pokemon till it has a special stat of 21 and the battle a dito. have dito transform into the pokemon with special of 21 then kill it or run from it but make sure its the LAST pokemon u battle before you return to the route of the trainer u teleport (fly) away from in the beginning.
