Update: Owners subpoenaed city officials but Mufi Hannemann's attorneys quashed on basis that public officials are very busy; owners are a nuisance, harassing and inconveniencing these officials. Ironically, on their way home to Hauula, owners saw Bryan Mick - City Community Relations sign-waving for Mufi Hannemann in front of Nimitz City Mill at 11:34 am August 11, 2010.
Update: May 15, 2010 Mufi Hannemann city corporation attorneys have filed lawsuit against owners for possession of the land.. Owners have filed lawsuit against city. What a waste of taxpayers' money in today's budget crisis!

Nestor Garcia happily voted YES with a gun pointed to his head! Congratulations! You knew he would vote YES by his other comments. Where is the integrity? He's not smart enough to make wise decisions on property rights. No worries. He can go work with Korean drama - he knows how to act good, with guns to his head and put on temper tantrums. 1 week ag

I saw on the Olelo TV the City Council voted 7 AYES and 2 NO to condemnation. (YES) Donovan. Dela Cruz, Nestor Garcia, Rod Tam, Gary Okino, Romy Cachola,
(with reservations.) Charles Djou, Ann Kobayashi.
NO: Todd APO, Ikaika Anderson.
With furloughs, job-cuts, social services cutting and the city is spending this kind of money for relocation. Corruption to the core.Someone is benefiting from this project and it's not the taxpayers.
