I like Pit Bulls but i've met a kid who had his face disfigured by his uncles family dog who was a great dog until one day it got pissed off and attacked. :( kids can annoy dogs and they dont know their strength so ;( :( :( but very beautiful dog. nice lookin!
Sucks that the kid didn't know how to read a dogs body language nor did the parents. If the kids face was in his and making loud sounds, that's dominance to a dog. If a kid doesn't know how to behave around a dog, anything can happen. My sisters lab/golden mix attacked a 4yr old in public out of nowhere.

pitbulls were originally bread(sp?XD) to be fighters, so of coarse they'll be a little harsh sounding, but I'd never say VICIOUS.
I have a pitbull, nothing bad happened in her past at ALL and she's afraid of her own damn shadow. They're actually complete and utter babies.
