  • MAN! THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!

  • this is sick, good job!

  • What kind of lights did you use for the big tree?

  • @114avataraang See my previous replies. It's a combination of different strobe lights (a lot of them) some high wattage floods and a very high wattage stage strobe (Elation Proton Star)

  • Is that a chauvet fogger?

  • @Calloween1 yes, there is a Chauvet, an American DJ and another off brand in there. Mostly higher wattage units as the small ones take too long to reheat.

  • Excellent job; the tree is great!

  • Where did you get the video screen that is in your window ?

  • That is a product called "Hallowindow" Just Google it.

  • where are you at?!

my five year old brother would love this

are you doing something this year?

  • We are at 1132 Parkside Circle in Lawrence KS. Yes, we will be putting on the show again this year.

  • Waw! the best halloween show I have seen so far, hands down! thanks for sharing!

  • Wicked Display! :-D

Just one question - what is the name of the song at 2:27?

    Thanks :-)

  • Tocatta and Fugue in D Minor, by J.S. Bach. A fairly old organ piece. ;)

  • Thank You Very Much! :-D

  • Where did you get the spider in the yard? If you dont mind me asking how much did it cost as well. The whole display is awsome. It gives me so many new ideas.

  • The spider came from WalMart, it wasn't very expensive, under $25 if I remember right. Thanks for the comments!

  • I love that tree awesome job man!!!

  • Extremely cool. I love the strobes in the tree a lot and the light in the tree. what is the laser looking thing on what looks to be the garage if you dont mind me asking. also about how many strobes do you have in the tree? just wonderin cuz they can get pretty expensive but depending on how many you use would help. thanks!

  • The laser is an ADJ Laser Widow. There are two sets of curtain strobes in the tree, a horizontal ring of twelve and then a vertical line of 24. You can catch the C9 strobes on sale for about $6 each if you watch the net.

  • the lights look great, i have some questions though where do you get the strobing lights that are in the trees and the cool looking projection screen in the window, and in some parts like in 4: 20- 4:24 it looks like there is internal lighting in the tree is there if so how did you obtain that effect, and also in 4:42 it looks like there is fog falling from the roof how did you get that effect, and how did you obtain the effect around the door. ok my final question is how did you do the sighn

  • The strobes in the trees are a combination of "Curtain strobes" and an Elation Proton Star DMX strobe. The window is a rear projection of the "HalloWindow" DvD (search on that name) Yes, there is a rack of lights up in the tree with a controller up there with them. ;) There is also a fog machine up there in the tree making that falling effect. Around the door is a TON of UV lights (blacklights) and a 400w UV discharge canon in the tree too. The Tune to sign is from Xmas, diff insert.

  • thanks so much

  • The sign is a 5" deep box sign, backlit with LED ropelight on the inside. That makes the strobing effect on video only, it's steady to the human eye.

  • thanks
