Are you able to send voice samples to companies that voice acting? Not sure how that works since we don't have that much here in New Zealand. As for AMV's, I bet its people reporting you. Which is stupid(obviously they have no life and wish to make others miserable). I've really enjoyed your stuff. I can't think of suggestions for fandubs but Ashe does bring up a good one; Reimi!
