i definately agree with blaaairvideos, you do have to be a dick when it comes to makeing your film cause you have the vision of what you want in your head, you know exactly what you want and you get ppl saying what they think it should look like and so you have to be an asshole to ppl to get your true vision out.

@qazwsx913 I agree 100% Stanley Kubrick did the exact same thing with his movies and they all turned out the way he wanted them to.

directors kind of have to be assholes on the set so the film comes out the way they want. they have to let the others know what they want. and what do you get? an amazing movie.

Who really cares what his personality is if his work is good? Plenty of famous artists were pricks, and they had to be because people are always butting in trying to control others lives, especially when theres money to be made. I would think that it would help to be a bit of an asshole if you wanted to make the kind of films PTA makes in Hollywood.

@neptunesbounty Well, i don't know that for sure. Obviously. But from what i watched here, he seems like a bit of a knob. Which i'm slightly saddened by because i like most of his films very much.

P.T. was kind of arrogant-esque in his early years, but he's really matured since then. I think most of time he's just really hyper or excited so it comes off as arrogant.
