  • RIP Shirley.....

  • SHIRL= LEGEND!!

  • Lived the 70s with ya Shirl

  • Couple of facts from around youtube:

    Shirl's shaggy coat was made from bathroom mats;

and bassist Greg Macainsh was unavailable for this appearance because of an injury or illness. If you look closely you'll see that his character, the white-suited cowboy, is actually a woman who's about a foot shorter than Macainsh.

  • They look like clowns..LOL...but i love the song!!! :-)

  • This band was way, way, way out in front of what the rest of the world was doing.

Shit hot songs, singing, playing and production.

Living in the 70s was and is a classic album.

  • AHHHH....Countdown!!! What a great show...It started years before MTV was even thought of, and launched so many fantastic bands in the '70s and '80s. I'm SO glad I actually lived through that time...

  • This is what music is all about...REAL People, REAL instruments, REAL voices!!

  • This band is a good description of what GLAM rock is.

  • @AdmiralofU2 Haha, this was lip synched.

  • why does this song have to rub it in my face. YES I KNOW YOU LIVED IN A BETTER TIME THEN ME SHUT UP

  • The best part is when Freddy Strauks the drummer comes out from behind his drumkit...

They were all sending the Glam puffs from England like dave bowie and the sweet.

The music is quite edgy and bent for the time.

    Great band.

  • what if you could go back through time with just your i-pod & you could go on count down & rock the shop with mega hits...?

but people might think your a spy with an i-pod...?

  • Did we really dress like that?

  • I'm still there!

  • This is retro!!!! Epic

  • @MaggieRose1994 You had to be there. I remember reading in 1973 they were going to be maybe a great band in the Sunday Mail newspaper. I was 10 at the time. They're best album was probably "Guilty Until Proven Insane" 1977. It was punk / new wave / metal. Great band. Social comment all the way.
