  • the only good word to describe that TD is sexy. its awesome. German engineering ftw.

  • I miss the sounds of the metal tracks squeaking

  • Best tank destroyer in WW2

  • Hmm - this Jagdpanther happens to be a late production Jagdpanther!

  • What a BEAST!

  • I wonder if 88mm shells are still manufactured.

  • kann mir irgendjemand sagen wo der panzer zurzeit ist? bzw wem er gehört oder in welchem museum er sich befindet ?

was ich noch wissen wollte wo ist dieser panzer in dieser lackirung und der kennung eingesetzt worden?

  • What name of this song?

  • @Myalhistinetz It's called Maybach HL 210 with no muffler.

  • Just put it in neutral and fire the 88mm!

  • one of the most beautiful machines ever built

  • lol i first read unloading Mel Gibsons Jagdpanther xD

    ...wait...

  • oh man...what a sexy beast!

  • Heil Hitler !

  • @EasternEuropean86 man why you say such thing he didnt made theses things these are germany work not his

  • @22jagdpanther Wasn't Hitler part of german?

  • Jagdpanther kill King Tiger =O

  • maximum home defense

  • SOUNDS OF MAYBACH ENGINE MADE ME ERECTED !

  • it takes 2 minutes to get it off of a trailer...

  • @BigRedChester dude...that thing is pretty heavy.i would not like to be the one who breaks something with it or even hurt someone.the driver does not see anything.so it is pretty difficult to backoff from a trailer which is smaller than the tank.

  • isnt jagdpanther shorter than this this one looks preety tall for jagdpanther???

  • i hear than in eastern europe, there are still the wrecks of tanks, both german and russian, just lying where they were shot.

and that there are small fields of panzer 3s and 4s in scrapyards.

    how cool would that be?

  • @AustralianPyro Got to figure a hell of a lot fo people would rebuild those tanks-I guarantee it but the hold up is money. We have got to know that there are dozens of ww2 reenactors who'd do that in a heart beat. Wish i could too. On another note, in Hollywood or wherever a lot of Russian tanks are showing up or have. Also kind of neat seeing movies like "The Battle of Britain" using actual rebuilt or refurbished old WW2 aircraft from both sides flying-how cool is that?

  • beautiful tank destroyer, probably the most useful of the war

  • @xXThePanzerXx In ww2 the most useful tank destroyer is the StuG 3

  • @323451922 well yes i do agree the stug was a very good tank destroyer

  • @323451922 the stug was not designed to destroy tanks

  • @satanic666sonic You are correct, it is a assault gun on wheels

  • how pissed would mike gibbs of been if they screwed up and it fell off the trailer onto its side XD

  • I'd love to meet the guys who restored this legend ,to pay them a beer and just say "u did a wonderful job guys!" :o)

  • @ex59neo53 he is with the secound battle group, he might be at war and peace this year

  • One day... That JadgPanther shall be mine! And if not, I'll have another one made!

  • I want 2 jagdpanthers and 1 tiger tank make an epic tank team work :D

  • I have DJ headphones and had the volume up full blast.. holy shit it is better than music.

  • GEIL.....einfach nur geil!

  • i love these peoples which burrow dig out the history

  • I want one... No, I want TWO!

  • pretty

  • Totaly didnt get a boner watching this, nope...

  • Best of the best !! Regardless of how one feels about Adolf Hitler, He had the best engineers of the war when it came to armour design and function. Form following Function.

  • @4shacks1house you do know that the first to use sloped armor in ww2 was the french and the germans first did it after they encountered the T34 which they tried to copy with the VK3002 (DB).

  • If you can find them, they got for about 1.5-4mil in USD

  • omg that jagdpanther sounds awesome.

  • Why don't the drivers on these old tanks ever give them full throttle. I know that it is very risky considering the age of the machines, but the drivers must be tempted once in a while to see what the thing is capable of.

  • I remember when I built a model of this tank by Tamiya when I was about 9 or 10. One of the meanest looking tanks ever to crawl the earth. Awesome that there is still a few around.

  • like this? Go to Russia and find them in Kursk)))

  • @CrazyVaniaMCC

Pretty hard when the Jagdpanther went in to production Februray 1944. The Battle of Kurk happened from July-August 1943.

  • bucket is most necessary accessory on that thing

  • What I find funny watching all these tank clips is the people giving directions. One thing that made German tanks so great was radios. Hand held 2 ways, nextels, even just a phone everyone has nowadays. Yet they flap there arms and yell as loud as they can.

  • u 2 r fools hitler was not stupid yes he was very rasict and cruel and all that but he when up against the world and very nearly won how many ppl do that even if he was a bad person and the T34 had more qualates that being fast it was a simple but efective tank love the Tiger tho

  • @Miffyww77

Hitler was the biggest idiot ever, he constantly insisted on building ever larger and larger tanks, and look what happened, the bigger they got the more unreliable, slow and cumbersome they got. They got so big it ended up with the Maus, the "mouse" a 200ton tank, it couldn't cross any bridges, it was too heavy to cross, had a top speed of 24kph, unreliable, and it had a huge 1200hp engine at a time when germany was low on gasoline. He was obsessed with tank size.

  • @TheDeskJetser Hitler was OBVIOUSLY compensating for something else...

  • Likely hitler was a stupid man and invested time and effort in building bunkers instead off making tanks.

  • ERECTION!

  • man, tanks get the best milage of gas! LOL JK!

  • if i ever come into ALOT of money ima try to buy that thing

  • @leonidas231 there's one for sale on eBay at $4000 right now..awesome deal

  • @leonidas231 then you should own an oil company XD this thing burns around 4 or 5 (like tiger) liters per km!!

  • Running a bit rough, eh?

  • Comment removed

  • @nolifemerc Holy crap! Really? If I had the money I would by that off of you in a heartbeat you lucky SOB.

  • @ShaneFrakes down the street in the next farm i think he got a panzer 3 and a stug.

  • @nolifemerc If only I had the money.

  • lol the fuck is so slowly, before this thing moves 100 km the russians were in berlin :D

  • @formeandyou83

It's only slow because they are moving it carefully off the trailer so as not to damage it, the jagdpanther had a topspeed of 46 km/h so it's certainly nt a slow machine.

  • @formeandyou83 German got the best tanks of all of the allies straight. T34 is fast enough but its not good enough to blow up another tank to flames it dont. It is all the german tanks that can do it quickly on all the enemys they overcome.

  • A priceless piece of history there. Its just so odd to see them like this, in color I mean.

  • Incredible restoration project. How they could bring such a machine back to life? It's not like there's alot of spare parts and mechanical manuals laying around for Jagdpanthers. Greatest tank destroyer of WWII, on July 30th 1944 3 Jagdpanthers from 654 AT knocked out over half a squadron of 15 Churchills in under two minutes.

  • Real! The movemet of catapillers are very interestinig when the tank turn arround.

  • I bet the jagdpanther can still beat new tanks with his big special armorpenetrating amo

  • @Numira

Maybe, those tungsten rounds were MEAN mothers.

  • @Numira The main advantage of new tanks is the armor, and if old tank destroyers can punch through then you're fine... but only if the old one shoots first!

  • I want it !

  • @Fab160169

you can have it on the new free game World of Tanks :)

  • @3ngLishLioN i wish they sounded like this on WOT too tho...all the tanks sound same gay right now lol..but they said theyll change it soon hopefully

  • WHAT A SOUND!

    Maybach ich höre dich!

  • Takes a while to move, just need something fast with anti tank capabilitites to take it out

  • @HeavyPanzer1 Its not a main battle tank, it was an ambush tank destroyer.

  • @kop4321 actually that tank destroyer was made to attack and had to be used as such by direct order. There are only a few situations in which those beasts where supposed to be ambushing and defending. therefor it had 80mm sloped (55°) armor which can be compared to ~ 100mm straight armor. It had massive top armor to withstand heavy artillery barrages with only minor damages.

    @milvio42 Tiger IV? Oo :/

  • Despite being a WW2 tank, this vehicle looks amazingly contemporary, even if it doesn't have a turret.

  • STILL HAS THAT EXTRA LINK IN THE RIGHT SIDE TRACKS. LEARN TO COUNT LAGER LOUT'S !

  • actually the Tiger IV was the real nightmare.

  • what a sound ! ! !! !

  • i've just noticed something... the side armor was pretty good on this, the front excellent, only the rear was weak... but wasnt it only the back of the 'turretthing' because below that you have a big chunk of engine, which you have to blow through to kill the crew... so wouldnt that make the lower part of the back sortof armored?

i mean the merkava uses that as its front armor, where the engine is in the front and acts like additional armor

  • my grandfather told me these things scared him to death.

  • @09jeepguy so he died then?

  • The beast yet lives, and it's growl is glorious.

  • why doesnt anyone throw a handgrenade into the hatch at the back?

  • @Pattonash kibba yuh pussyclaat ye doss cunt.

  • how can u vote this vid down is exactly what it says xD

  • the thumps down is as big as bievers dick

  • Wait till you guys see the JagTiger

    5/5

  • yeah i would not like to take a rear hit in one of these...every monster has its weak point, but still this thing is a frightening machine!

  • crazy, I've painted my revell modell almost the same!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • what an awesome display of power. even if there were only 500, even 1 is enough for mee

  • it is still going to day and looking go ;)

  • Damn.... Some children are so sissy ,

so clumsy that even do not know how to masturbate ,

how see porno online , make friends or find some asshole who cares their lives.

    HAHAHAHAHA

Well I have a real life see you later Pussy Boy.

  • that's great... but will it blend?

  • does anyone knows why everybody in wwII puts the propulsion sprockets in the front? You can see the disadvantage well at 3.10. It is so not practical

  • That tank was 100 years ahead of its time. Just like most German tanks.

  • This is one of the best, if not the best sounding engine I've ever heard!

  • @hotrodparker total agree! this sounds rocks and scares at once hahaha

  • Nice sound! Thanks for uploading!

  • horrifing thought huh? you could encounter one of these in the field and virtually no weapon of yours would be capable of destroying it. Your powerless to stop its advance and its killing capablity. In laymans terms....your screwed!

  • damn those things must have been scary in war :S

  • I think he meant that there is no record of the frontal armour haveing been penetrated

  • The Tanks-Ardennes Offensive series has a pretty objective discussion of the Jagdpanzer by a couple of the experts at Bovington. It had impressive firepower but by no stretch was it a well-engineered vehicle. It had all of the mobility and reliability problems of the Tiger II. Lack of maneuverability combined with limited traverse was a serious weakness at anything but extreme ranges. Constant maneuvering for firing position gave its position away. It was easy to spot and hit from the air.

  • @gcrav The Jagdpanther had some problems, but not as frequent as the Tiger II because of it's Tiger I engine. The Jagdpanther had much less armor, reducing a lot of stress on the engine. It was fairly fast for a German tank destroyer.

  • @YaYzIwInZ My mistake. I was thinking of the JagdTiger, which had the 128 mm gun. All of the late war gun boxes were produced in desperation to get mobile guns to the front ASAP. The Hetzer seems to be the only one that worked out well because it was maneuverable, versatile, a small target, and relatively reliable.

  • @gcrav Hetzers were mainly used in closer quarter ambushing. Their 75mm gun was decent but not at range. The Jagdtiger was a complete waste of time and resources. Way too slow, a lot of mechancial failure, worse than the Tiger II problems. Still a good kill/death ratio.

  • @YaYzIwInZ

in fact not one tiger2 or jagdtiger has been destroyed.

the "loses" occured, because they ran out of fuel or the tracks were damaged.

  • @natsplit I never said they were 'destroyed'. They were abandoned by their crew and ddestroyed because they're in-operable.

  • @natsplit

There were not many Tiger II nor Jagdtigers to begin with.

  • @RodinaZovet

492 Tiger II and 382 Jagdpanther

  • @natsplit

    A.Oskin killed 3 Tiger II's in his T-34

  • @RodinaZovet

    M.Wittman killed 53 T-34´s in 6months.

Atleast 30 ruskie tanks killed during first few days of the operation Citadel.

Your guy is pretty lame at this point...

  • @Maverick110290 when u compare the Tiger II against a tiny t34, his guy seems pretty tough.

  • @natsplit Uh what? I for one know that a single T34/85 destroyed 3 King tigers within the span of one hour in 1944. A vast amount of king tigers was lost to SU-152s and other artillery. And on the western front many were taken out with aircraft. Where is your information coming from?

  • @natsplit

    Let me quote Wikipedia:

On the Eastern Front, it was first used on 12 August 1944 by the 501st Heavy Tank Battalion resisting the Lvov–Sandomierz Offensive. It attacked the Soviet bridgehead over the Vistula River near Baranów Sandomierski. On the road to Oględów, three Tiger IIs were destroyed in an ambush by a few T-34-85s. (...) Up to fourteen Tiger IIs of the 501st were lost in the area between 12 and 13 August when confronted by the Soviet T-34-85 and IS-2

  • @MakroTeh not directly destroyed like hit and boom. abandoned and inoperable. probably also technical probs.

  • @PzAufklaerer12Btl

Really stfu if you have NO IDEA about what you're talking about. Lots of Tiger II's were lost due to side shots from T34-85, ISU-122 and IS-2. Some were lost even due to frontal shots, because the splitters of the armor killed the crew inside. Really... read more about the battles around Sandomierz.

  • @MakroTeh well, basically am not really talkin to kids who are always getting offensive after receiving normal comments. so if ya not able to answer properly better leave it. nothin more to say in here.

  • @PzAufklaerer12Btl

-Baaawwww moooomyyyy he called me stupid!!!

    -Well yeah you're stupid.

Srsly less crying more arguments, because you didn't provide any. Kthxbye.

  • @MakroTeh are ya drunk? seems so kid. whatch yer language kid. but dont worry, ya still got some chance 4 yer brain to grow. night lil boy

  • @MakroTeh All of your post just begging for attention ,

besides that you're a gamer with no life now you are too EMO!!!!

Thanks for stopping to my channel baby , but when I want to talk with children I forms a family , all virtual orphan its only a small thing for me (candidate to school suicide)

LOL The bitches barking but I rode high , Bark again bitch.

  • @MakroTeh HAHAHAHAHA

Please go to fight in your XboY and get your lessons of Military Story with Call of Kid´s , Company of Rambos and all kinda Virtual Shit.

This videos is for real Military HISTORY fans , in fact all Panzer Video is for real Tanks Fans , you can destroy alone all Panzer Div with your games , please go and be happy (=D)

  • But it isnt the real Maybach engine...

  • Hi, you made a very good job, but do you mind tell me when is Thankfest, in what period of the year is it? Probably is in the summer, don't you? Can you update me about this? Thank you by Peter from Italy

  • What can i say, i'm english and that is some piece of engineering. The germans were fantastic at it suring the war, even my great grandad who faught the germans said that even speaking with POW's they we polite, well mannered and could fix nearly anything to do anything haha! To be honest German people probs were cool, just the evil AUSTRIAN dictator who seized power and went nuts wasn't lol!

  • lol I wonder if the gun still works

  • WOW

  • that monster against the shermans.

  • Looks like a fearsome long-distance tankkiller but probably a sitting duck when confronted with infantry?

  • @JoeriHanneMarie it has the Anti-personnel bucket attached to the back xD

  • the best looking armored vehicle... by far

but i dont think they thought about the looks when they were designing it XD

  • I saw this tank at Bovington last year. It truly is a monster of a tank

  • is that youres it nice by the way

  • Just step on it. for fuck's sake. Worst case scenario - you're gonna clear a path through all the civilian crap.

  • It is no more a tank (or tank killer) , it is a piece of war history

  • @ex59neo53 who cares it will still be funny as hell to chase your neighbor in it

  • No .

U just knock on his door and just say "Oops ,sorry for your car" ^^

  • @ex59neo53 lol

  • great sounding tank

  • @LamboK28992 - It's not a tank. It's a tank destroyer. Just because a vehicle is tracked, doesn't make it a tank, no more than a bulldozer is a, "tank", just because it it tracked.

  • Could you provide some specs of this beautiful restored model ? i.e. restored engine type, restored horsepower, maximum speed, etc.

    Thanks!

  • woow...the nightmare of the allies tanks is still alive!!

  • @Homerrrotti - Couldn't have been too much of a, "nightmare", because Nazi Germany got their butts handed to them by the Allies. :)

  • @Homerrrotti The Tiger I was the real nightmare dude ;-) There were only about less than 500 JPanthers made.

  • @TheFunkhouser I beg to differ, while the Tiger I might have taken out alot of allied tanks, the Jagdpanther took many out without even being found. They would hide themselves with foliage and strike entire companies of tanks. 500 of these were more than enough to strike fear into allied tankers minds. That is why i praise the Tank Destroyers of WWII.

  • @xXAlphaRevanXx

Yes Id agree with that. Allies would have been in real trouble if more were made available..

Think of the the Jagd's operating alongside the Tigers.. omg. Id pity anyone in anything the allies could muster other than a sherman firefly!

  • @xXAlphaRevanXx Unfortunately, there were less than 500 made. Depending on which source you read, there were between 400-415 made.

  • @TheFunkhouser Well there was only 1347 Tigers made and 415 JagdPanthers

  • This monster still works...

  • Yeah... like the dude below in his comment....claims to know how to drive this tank killer!

    X D

  • hf with the engine exploding.

  • the greatest heavy tank- destroyer of the WWII.

  • Bring it back to Germany !!! :-)

  • @opckw147 - It would never be brought back to Germany. Nazi Germany lost and to the victor go the spoils.

  • check out my tank vidoe it is sick

  • I believe the 411 stands for how many people had to change their pants on the battlefield when they saw this monstor rumbling towards them.

  • thepharaoh32 - LOL good one

  • THATS NOT THE ORIGINAL MAYBACH ENGINE

  • How many fo these were ever made?

They look like the biggest badasses ever made.

  • this thing was is and will be , THE BEAST, like all german tanks late to Panzer 3

  • ear sex

  • Love it, grat tanks deserve the respect,. love the soung, stunning!

  • Der deutsche Tank ist kühl

  • Is it me or its number is 411? Since they never produced so many, anyone knows how they put the numbers?

  • ivanlagrossemoule; 411 stands for the identification number of the Jagdpanther. In this case the 4th tank of the 1st platoon of the 1st company hence 411. Which I suppose is the 411 on this.

  • @TheGMQue Oh I see. Makes sence like that. Thanks.
