@sumitkid123 I know what's wrong from watching your tut on how to open it. It seems that my motor is shot and my connections are shot. Also, I failed putting the gearbox back in. My fire selector is 1 tooth off. I guess if somehow someone gave me a way to fix it, that'd be great. But I'm probably gonna send it to AirsoftGI. Heard they do repairs.

Thank you very much for this, I was able to put my new inner barrel in. I didn't take off the block to slide the barrel forwards, I was able to take the hop-up unit out without removing anything besides the gearbox, you just have to have a pair of pliers to pull the plastic barrel lock out after sliding the entire hop-up/barrel backwards so it's where the gearbox should be. The inner barrel was a tight fit, but I managed to slide it in without scraping it or tearing the bucking. Thanks again.

I ordered my Rk03 a week ago and got it today, I've been trying to install my Tightbore barrel. But I see that your hopup system is black, my hopup system is clear and when I get to the part of taking out my gearbox it gets stuck, there is a tiny plastic tube on the gearbox connecting into the hopup, and when I go to pull out the gear box a tiny part of the plastic tube in the gearbox gets stuck in the hopup where the two things connect, like the plastic tube doesnt come all the way out. plz hlp

@ArmyStrongGangflu You know that block that holds the hopup/barrel against the gearbox? You need to take that out, then when that block is out ( it will be tricky to put back just an FYI

you slide the hopup/barrel forward. Then you should have enough room to pull the gearbox up and out. If you still don't have enough room try pulling the trigger very fast to get the piston stuck back. That will bring the nozzle into the gearbox to help with getting it out too. good luck

@flyboyfx The hop up is made out of plastic, but it isn't low quality plastic. The only problem i have with mine is it is hard to adjust it to the right amount. I think this is because of the hop up rubber though. The hop up rubber is crap.

@Warpedwoodfngrboards U could try using a pair of plyers to grip the end of the screw to loosen it. If that doesn't work, then i don't know what to say.

apparently, it helps to just wash out your hop up bucking with some warm water and soap. It improved the hopup on my Dboys ak 105.
