Management blames traffic, but the real problem is with the occasional lazy line manager and driver who doesn't care. I'm sure you've heard of their Transit City project, and I hope they don't screw that again.
I found London's air to be clean, at least much cleaner than Hong Kong's air.
Two of the streetcar routes through downtown Toronto pass through the skyscraper district, and the service is very erratic. They say there's a car every six minutes but there's so much bunching some people wait for 30 minutes. Some have suggested converting King and Queen Streets into a streetcar mall, but they're missing the point.
