just to back up the guy who is saying hip hop influenced Jungle/DNB he is correct, there was alot of producers influenced which is clearly evident in alot of the sampling techniques used(all of the classic jungle breaks used are from old funk tunes which hip-hop producers were using long before dnb producers who still today use those breaks just alot faster, the AMEN BREAK FOR EXAMPLE... just google it if you dont know) and hip hop breakdowns you hear in alot tunes over the last 15/20 years. 1
