  • FACE IT ups REALLY, REALLY, REALLY sucks

  • ups didnt pack it up jack ass

  • DUDE, your a fucking retard...Next time you buy something go pick up your own shit!!!.. Now go put your stupid fucking spoiler on your fucking honda!!!!!DUMBASS

  • By the way next time don't sign the when receiving a package before inspecting the box. if damaged tell the ups guy you don't want it and get your money back, because like i said most of the time the shipper does a crappy job sealing a box i now. we receive packages from big companies and there boxes are nicely sealed. in the other hand people buying from ebay from a an independent seller receive a crappy job on the box.

  • Dude i am a sorter at UPS and it depends when there is a damaged package. if the package is open then a supervisor takes it with him and re seals it if a sorter or loader/unloader damages it. if the contents within are damaged then ups notifies person shipping or person upon receiving and will replace the package with free shipping. but most of the time it depends where you buy your stuff from, most shippers tape there own boxes. if UPS Ships them then they most likely say "UPS SOTRE" on the Box

  • Haha you're not supposed to open the package, videotaped or not they can't inspect it if you already opened it.

  • wow...if you had any common sense this is NOT ups's fault. They just deliver the package. did you blame your mom when you shit your diaper as a baby?

  • UPS Sucks.

  • I bet you also blame UPS for spilling the packing peanuts all over your room too.

  • i guess ups spoiled your spoler

  • is that a car spoiler?

  • bubble wrap and a better box would have helped.

  • As a shipper I always wrap the corners with bubble wrap

  • Dude - you are opening that like its a piece of fine china in there or something. That's considered Overgoods - you are feathering it compared to what it goes through before reaching ur front door - LOL. A High number of packages are "damaged" like that because Shipper fails to follow UPS Shipping Guidelines!

  • how about changing the title to "shipper couldn't ship the shit right so it got damaged during shipment"

I work for FedEx Ground and I've learned that styrofoam packing peanuts are your friends and wrapping your items with newspaper (or whatever) is important! Don't blame UPS for the shipper's shitty packaging

  • dude it took you 4 fuckin hours to open that box, I think it was well taped ahah

  • @tikibuddy25 Another Youtuber commenting without watching the video I c..

  • you probably bought this from ebay, so no wonder it was packed as poorly as it was and then you want to blame UPS for it. Good job douche bag. Do you always go around blaming the wrong people?

  • well, Theres plenty of videos on here showing both UPS and FEDEX drivers just throwing the packages to the door etc. I imagine if they do that.. lord only knows what happens elsewhere.. As Far as the person you bought it from .. They double boxed it which was good.. Tapes the ends etc which was good.. Put peanuts it in ,, Only other thing I would have done was bubble wrap the spolier itselfs in a couple layers to prevent the edges from punching through the box. Sorry for your damaged item man:(

  • The guy in the video kept mentioning lack of tape reinforcing the edges. Unless this was packed at a UPS Store, which is unlikely, UPS does not package the boxes! The shipper does. The shipper did an awful job. UPS workers have performance requirements. If you want poorly packaged boxes to arrive in pristine condition, you'll be paying twice as much to have it shipped.

  • Thats what happens when you order online from someone that doesn't know how to pack things... then UPS gets blamed for it. Pack better = better results.

  • WHO IS THEY?? I DELIVER STUFF AND IF IT LOOKS DAMAGED I DON'T EVEN SHOW THE CUSTOMER THE PACKAGE..UPS THEN INSPECTS AND REPACKAGES IT IFTHIS LO ITS SALVAGABLE..THIS LOOKS LIKE AN IDIOT PACKED IT.

  • some of you people supporting UPS are nuts. ship some shit or get some shit shipped from them. all my UPS shit comes with a hole in the side of the box and gets sent back to the seller or i get a buzzing tweeter on my $200+ speaker that is pissing me off right now. FUCK UPS!

  • @GabrielMynd I actually deal with UPS on a daily basis shipping hundreds of items a month. Everything that is damage it is usually the shippers fault.

  • @GabrielMynd 1. If u don't support UPS then y do u ship thru them? 2. They aren't responsible 4 ur item(s) the shipper is so maybe u should have a convo w/ them and tell them 2 pack ur shit better. 3. If you expect UPS to box ur shit 4 u then u might as well go 2 a UPS store or keep dreaming bud...And Finally, why in the FUCK would you ship a $200+ anything!!! Go to the store like a smart kid! I hear Best Buy sells electronics or try Walmart if it bothers you so fuckin' much. dumb ass...

  • @loverforyou1209 i do music production dill hole. im not dealing with normal speakers im dealing with monitors for music and film production. and you cant usually control who the seller ships with and in some areas there is no other option besides ups and the post office. dumb fuck

  • @GabrielMynd Then you better find an awesome repair person because obviously it isn't changing anytime soon...so, I WIN!!! I'm pretty sure you can go to a music store and buy the same thing if not cheaper for your stupid music production...google it, fuck face!!!

  • indeed, transportcompanies are not responsable for damage if the package is wrapped in a bad way (if you look, you can easilly see that this package is not wrapped - by the shipper - properly in order to get it to its destination safely. As said before : packages are not transported via a cloud surrounded by angels ;-)

  • i work at fedex. we load load thousands of packages per hour ... it's not like they load only your package... shit happens dude... also if i see it's damaged i usually use a tape gun and tape it all around to make sure it's all good . i blame it on ups and the shipper. 50/50

  • Sorry to break it to ya bud but your precious package isn't shipped on a cloud surrounded by bubble wrap and delivered straight to your door. Besides, that is totally the shippers fault.

  • Thats right! it's not UPS's fault it's the shipper who packaged your product.

  • People crack me up.....tell the guy you bought it from to use some bubble wrap

  • great now......wat is it?

  • it's shippers fault.

  • UPS should have told the shipper to tape up the box better, it's their job!. That is the point I believe of this video!. Yes it's the shipper's fault, but it's UPS's fault for not following their box policy!. I just shipped a spoiler out to someone in CA, which was a larger box then this, If you pack the box up to the brim with peanuts and shredded paper and tape the corners real good, you'll have no problems!.

  • Do you seriously think UPS packed this damn thing? Blame the shipper!

  • What kind of car is this for?

  • So why is UPS getting blamed for this? obviously it was the shippers fault. UPS delivers the package not packs it up for you (unless you go to a UPS store of course). Yes if the package is obviously ripped open they will tape it up to the point where it can be carried safely and delivered, but it is not their obligation to pack it up all nicely thats the shipper's duty.

  • @Hgastelum00 no its not, you dont work for UPS.

  • More reasons to never use UPS or any other shipping company. The lesson from this vid? Never ship, buy it from a store.

  • @MStuart420 yeah that stuff in the stores just apears on the shelf.......that stuff had to be shipped too

  • @miupser The difference is that freight companies ship stuff in larger crates and not through these types of places. Do you think that places of buisness ship 100 boxes of 1 item through UPS? Really? Most places just ship them solo through their own freighting (store owned trucks like walmart for example) rather then take a hit and lose a ton when a shipment is lost or damaged. Not to mention the whole idea of a 500$ item only getting 100$ of insurance if damaged....

  • @MStuart420 true, some companies have their own trucks, but i work for ups and yes companies do ship hundreds of boxes of the same items. there are whole trailers full that come from one company. ups also ships freight

  • @MStuart420 ur a fucking retard, next time u want to ship something go walk it to its destination, fucking moron

  • Why the fuck doesnt the usps or ups show people how they transfer shipment, If they did this I would of changed the way I packed my items, I didn't know that every item is dropped over 5 feet!

  • 3 minutes to open a damaged box, fucking lop.
