the sound quality is very bad on this recording, very muffled, sounds like the amp is not being aloud to breathe or in another room.

at 1:40 your tone sounds just Gilmour in "pigs"

wow! i own an acutual fuzz face pedal (what this is modled after for those who dont know) and i think that this is way more versitale than mine, it has better response and cleans up better when the volume knob on your guitar is backed off

The Monterey Fuzz is a PNP Germanium transistor based Fuzz Face circuit as the original. The only "modernization" is the addition of a trim pot to adjust the voltage to the collector of the 2nd transistor. Which is used to adjust it to your taste, (sputtery, or smooth, thin or fat). Factory matched NKT 275 transistors.
