You can buy it on disc. Just look for Super Street Fighter: Arcade Edition (the arcade edition subtitle part is important) at any store that sells video games. For Xbox 360 or PS3.

Oni is new I practice with him and everyday, he is not broken all, all his his combos have strict timing but with practice it comes easy. his moves are new thats why everyones so skeptical about him but in time your gonna love his power. I destroy akuma's online simple beacuse everyone knows how easy akuma takes damage, and Oni dishes out a ton of it

I've been messing around as Oni, and I have to say that practical use of the F+Hp to stop fireballs is really tough. It executes a little slower on the console version, and unless the projectile is hit at the very second the fist hits its farthest range, you're boned. You practically need to hit F+Hp just as the animation for the fireball is starting up, and that's at a full screen away.

Oni Akuma isn't broken at all but just versatile due to his diverse move set. A broken character is a character that has generous HP, speed, and damage output. Oni, however, doesn't have insane HP and thanks to the video his ultra's damage output is standard damage.
