I'd be very careful. cats see sugar gliders as mice or something, so they could easily attack them. i'd probably wait for a bit, or at least keep them in a room where the cats would not get to them at all.
People say "oh sugar gliders are great with other pets," but that is really not true. I've read countless stories of sugar gliders getting killed because of dogs and cats. :[
