@DukeNukemTheSeries One other idea to touch upon is maybe the idea of a drug war. John getting caught up in a Mexican drug war. That's been in the news a lot lately. It's very brutal and violent stuff going to the border. He could be working with the DEA or something when his son gets kidnapped. John goes down there and gets caught up in something huge along the border. Maybe have a rogue CIA or NSA group in the BG pulling strings.Ya could have Danny Trejo playing a heavy.
My only complaint with this video is you refer to Washington D.C. as "Washington State." We're over here on the West Coast, sir!
Otherwise you make some great points about the Die Hard series. It'll be very curious to see what they come up with for the next film in the series.

@Cybopath I figured. I was just giving ya a hard time is all. You did fine.
As you've shown with this series of videos there are indeed far better alternatives than the one they're seeming to go with, which seems very off.
I personally love the idea of having John get wrapped up in a larger conflict.
