"The Most Faithful" is the motto of the Carabinieri. Their official march was composed by Luigi Cirenei, who was a great Maestro before Fantini took over the band in the 1950s. This band was in the 1976 Edinburgh Military Tattoo as a massed 100 piece central band under Maestro Borgia.
