We live in the bay area so we go to the beach for body boadrding (well it's only me. I'm a 13 year old and my parents don't like the water) and sometimes you can get some really big waves. Those are fun if you get on them right... Otherwise, it can get pretty scary. If you don't get out deep enough quick enough, that wave can crash right on top of you and push you around... But if you get it right, it's SOOO worth it.
