He actually had a very good goal disallowed when the score was 0-0 in this game, a right foot shot into the keepers left top corner, he was judged by the ref to have used his elbow to brush off the defender before he hit the shot, it didn`t look like a foul to me... I think that annoyed Marco & thats why he went goal crazy afterwards lol
One thing that remains certain, since he left soccer we have less interest watching the game. I have never admired someone as much as I admire Marco Van Basten. I'm not only talking about the player, but also the human being. We have never had in the History of Soccer a respectful player as Marco. He respects everyone, from fans to the arbitry. We love you Marco, you're the best Forward soccer has ever had.
