@Darusdei ... Why don't you answer your own questions? What is the number one killer of "men" at the moment? It's not terrorism. And what are your chances of becoming a victim of terrorism? Not much at all. Is that you were getting at?
As a man you are more likely to die from a car accident, heart disease, suicide as a result of depression, murder by one of your freinds or family members, get hit by a car or other vehicle, be beaten to death with in a alcohol fueled fight, by shot/murderred by a criminal. All of these are more likely then a "terror" attack.
Just because no proof was ascertained does not mean he was not guilty. However if he was not really guilty he should be compensated.
I do not think that MI5 should be prosecuted in any way, we are fighting a war against Islamic terror. In war the gloves come off, terrorists, especially Islamic ones, against the free west should be killed
@roac7777 ... lol. You talk about "human rights" but you don't know the first thing about justice or international law, especially condoning torture. You can't lock people up indefinitely on the basis of mere suspicion. You seem to be still caught up in the Bush era of outdated 'war on terror' rhetoric. If you don't follow international law then there is no justifiable war to fight.
You are right I do not know anything about international law, I am expressing my opinion. I do not think that Islamic terrorists deserve protection of the law, they should be killed swiftly and not imprisoned.
I also think you are wrong in your last sentence. When it comes to these jihadists there is every justifiable right to eliminate them.
@roac7777 ... If that is your opinion, then you sound like alot like a Nazi talking about Jews, and you're a deeply prejudiced individual. You don't seem to grasp the fact that these men are not "terrorists", so you're basically saying that any Muslim labelled a terror suspect should be killed. You're a sick individual and I am amazed that you live in a democracy.
Not so. I am saying Islamic terrorists should be killed. I AM NOT SAYING muslims should be killed just because they are muslim. You are the one who is sick, you whine and moan and worry about some Islamic terrorist being hurt, yet you dont give a rat's arse about their victims.
@roac7777 ... Your response has the quality of a Sun article. This video is about the detention and torture of innocent Muslims labelled as 'terror suspects'. You have labelled them 'terrorists', and then clearly stated you think 'Islamic terrorists' (an oxymoron btw) should be killed and not subjected to the rule of law. How do you define a terrorist? Any murderer? Muslim or not? A soldier? Anyone who legitimises the killing of innocent civilians? Listen to a video before commenting on it.
@roac7777 ... Your comments are very irrational. You seem obsessed with the idea of killing "Islamic terrorists" (yet confuse them with terror suspects) and refuse to define terrorism or acknowledge a similar punishment for other murderers. Should all individuals who commit murder lose the right to a fair trial? Should all face the death penalty? You only seem concerned with ranting about Muslims.
@oclandestin No not all individuals just the Islamic terrorists.
Islam is the biggest threat to humanity since Hitler's Nazi party and Stalin's Communist party. Just another oppressive regime, different name.
As far as the so called suspects kept in Guantanamo, of course they were guilty they are Islamic fanatics. You seem so concerned about them but do not care for their victims for one instant.
@roac7777 ... lol. I knew you just had a prejudice against Islam and Muslims, so thanks for confirming it. You clearly approve of detention and even the death penalty without charge or trial, which shows you have no respect for any kind of system of justice, so you have more in common with Hitler's Nazi party and Stalin's Communist party than you care to admit. As for the "victims"; there are none if there is no convicted terrorist. I feel sorry for you and your state of confusion.
@oclandestin Thats right I do have a prejudice against Islam but not all muslims, just because they are muslim.
Nothing wrong there as far as Im concerned. There is a difference between prejudice without and the same with good reason, I am the latter.
I care not for your contempt of the free west. You are nothing but an apologist for Islamic terrorism, by trying to undermine the work that our security forces have to put up with.
@roac7777 ... If you have a prejudice against Islam, then you'll inevitably have a prejudice against the people who practise it. You're a bigot and a hypocrite and very, very ignorant. You're the only one showing "contempt of the free west" by totally disregarding the values that make it "free". If you think "our security forces" advocate torture, detention and the death penalty without trial then you are a very confused man.
@oclandestin Fuck prejudice! This is just ignorance and paranoia, a form of a Salem Witch hunt. What we point at people who are not christians or catholic and look like Islam or muslim and shout out 'Terrorist!' and then that person is hauled away and tortured. This is another example of our stupidity.
@oclandestin Additional: By the way I have every respect for just law and life, which obviously these vile Islamic terrorists do not have. You are nothing but a whore for terrorism, with your condescending whinging about how these scum go about their killing.
@roac7777 ... You don't seem to understand much about legal systems There's a huge difference between a "terror suspect" (simply a suspect) and a "terrorist" (tried and convicted of committing terrorism). Most of the detainees in the US-led war on terror have never been charged with a crime, let alone tried or convicted of committing any. So much for your understanding of human rights.
THANK U!! honestly the idiots on tv taking shite about terrorists ''human rights'' i think as soon as u choose to take other peoples human rights (life) away thy should lose theirs
@JaKaTaK14 ... They're not "terrorists"; They haven't been convicted of committing any crimes. And they certainly haven't "taken other people's rights away". It's the US government that has taken people's rights away by illegally imprisoning people without even charging them with a crime.
Ur twisting my words. Yeh binyam may be more articulate than the likes of us but stumbling into a terrorist training camp and planning to kill innocents for 3 weeks?
Its just a shite state of affairs considering suicide bombers are sometimes my age and their bein brainwashed by their religion im not muslim but theres no way he said blow up innocent people its most likely their parents etc twisting the words of the quuran and it pisses me off how they get defended by newspapers etc
@JaKaTaK14 ... And which "terrorist training camp" was that? Perhaps you should consider that when someone is having their private parts cut with razor blades they may say anything to make it stop.
You clearly don't know anything about this case or any others. I suggest staying away from tabloid newspapers.
@JaKaTaK14 ... I'm glad to hear you hate the BNP. But if you care about justice and human rights (which I think you do), then those rights have to apply to all people, otherwise you are as bad as the people who commit these crimes. That in no way shows approval of terrorism or mass murder. If you do approve of the death penalty, then you'd have to apply it across the board for all crimes of murder. Again, this video is not about terrorists though.
Keep reading your paranoid anti-Muslim propaganda. Binyam is far more articulate than you'll ever be. You obviously didn't read any of his interviews or statements published in the media.
"Facts"? So despite the fact are that the US and British authorities had no evidence against him after holding him prisoner illegally for years on end, and MI5 have been proven to be complicit in his torture, you, some random idiot on youtube decides he's guilty? Yeah, that really makes sense.
Do u think terrorists should have human rights? thats pretty fucken sick if u think they should cos imagine if they blew up any1 in ur family nd see if u'd support them up nd before u jump on me about this guy im not talking about him imtaking about others like the locherbie bomber etc
@JaKaTaK14 ... You really don't get it do you. They're not "terrorists". They haven't been convicted of committing any crimes. They are suspects, not even charged with a crime. Most were sold to the US for a few hundred dollars, so they weren't even legitimately arrested.
No u dont get it. inever said them im talking about torturing REAL TERRORISTS who really have taken others lives like the locherbie bomber WHO TOOK INNOCENT PEOPLES LIVES if they want to make a point why not attack the government or gordon brown u know there the people who know whats going on so why bomb the innocents like us when u could prove ur point bombing some1 with higher authority? and if some1 in ur family got killed by a terrorist i doubt u would defend them.
@JaKaTaK14 ... This video isn't about terrorists, it's about individuals labelled as terror suspects and tortured and detained illegally without charge or trial for years on end. If you condone the torture of anyone, that says alot about your own inhumanity. And in the case of the supposed Lockerbie bomber, even families of the victims are doubtful he was guilty. Do you also approve of torturing prisoners in British prisons? Murderers for instance?
It is really disgrace to see these photos and hear the bad news about muslims. The thing is that this situation is not gonna keep occuring again and again. Muslims are awake now and inshaAllah they'll have the potential to defend themselves in the best way so soon.
If you're referring to violence, you are playing into their hands - it gives the U.S. an excuse to say "see? we told you Muslims are terrorists! we should put a load more in Guantanemo Bay!"
No ricarddomacgiver29, it isn't. The current U.K. government DOES NOT represent the British people in any way, shape, or form. The English population does not make government policies. To blame a whole country for the actions of a few powerful people is very ignorant.

Dont play games with me, an Islamic terrorist does not care about life or who he/she kills. They lose their "human rights" by their actions.
As I said before, you do not care for their victims, so stop being so self righteous and arrogant.
