Ok....Let's say it is a "syndrome." All that means is if you have the "syndrome" you are more prone to being murdered by the taser then someone without the "syndrome." So now it is a mental problem in which you have no control. I think that that is more of a reason to not use tasers. It fits into the same ideology of giving the cops peanut butter to go catch people who are allergic to peanuts. Those people would die just like someone who was basically allergic to so-called non-lethal force.

They have the very stupid habit of using the t... not once to knock the man down and immobolising him but giving him a second shop to keep him down. Well that second shop can kill because the body is ,at that time unable to deal with the second shot and it kills the man. The stupid cops think it's quite alright to do that.
