The only way the Jays can contend is with Wells... He is one of the two faces of this franchise. Alex Rios is a good ball players, but I'll take Wells over him any day of the week. Wells came back and put a jolt back in Rios bat and a jolt back into Toronto's playoff chances. Too bad Marcum got sent down. Go Jays, I hope the best for them even though I'm a fan of the White Sox, I love the players on the Jays.

Vernon is one of the most overrated players in baseball this spoken by a guy who lives in Toronto and has seen him play. He is a lazy .270 hitter that wouldn't throw himself at a ball because it might be an error. I've never seen him sprint, only run. He can't carry the Jays. deal him and fire Riccardi too
