The multiple on-board weapons was another weapon unique to this model alone
However it can't control a T1000 due to the fact no CPU and its morphing capabilities.
The Tx has limits to its morphing as in humanoid but not going so far as the T1000.
The T1000 was a prototype the first of its kind.
It can turn in what ever it wants as long its not an explosive.

There is a reason why the T-1000 never used Its knives on the T-800 in the second movie. It wouldn't do anything, the T-800's endoskeleton is too tough.

T-1000 doesn't have a neural net CPU. Therefore couldn't be compelled/hacked by the TX.
Conclusion; T-1000 defeats TX 10 times out of 10.

T-X would make quick work of a T-1000.
In long range combat the T-X could destroy the 1000 with Its plasma cannon. T-850 is designed to withstand plasma attacks.
In hand to hand combat the T-1000 would still get owned.
