@blownwillys Sorry if I am incorrect...this was a bunch of years ago already and all I can really remember is that bike having lots of chrome and lots of "screaming eagle" parts on it, which from what I understand can be pricey....but I admit my harley knowledge is next to nil. I do remember the gent had his son helping him and was a really nice guy!
@Tryk no worries. just didnt want anyone to get the wrong impression. good memory lol, i am his son. just happen to stumble across your video by random. do you still have your bike? if so are you planning on coming to s.i.r. to race this season?
That was actually my first time ever racing a motorcycle at the track now that I think about it! My best run of that year was an 11.2 so I did get a little quicker.
And yes the harley did finish close, that bike has alot of money into it and races lots!
Lets be real folks, a GPz 750 Turbo could walk any Harley out there, V-Rod included.

Rode down the quartermile with my GPZ 900 just 2 weeks ago.
12,3 seconds, that was all i could get out of her in about seven or eight starts.
Hope to get her into the low 11´s with some caretaking for the engine and the clutch.
Old Ladies with the best inline four sound ever build, nevertheless.
Take care man, the Turbos have become seldom.

that harley does not have alot of money into it. and with a slick it has to potential to run mid 11's.

That looks fun!
The Harley finished closer than I thought it would. I think the GPz can do high 10s with a pro rider? More practice, dude! :)
