@kittygirl19191 basically it is just using a program that records you paint a picture on the computer, the you go into editing software like windows movie maker and speed the movie up like 5 times faster, so this for example probably took him atleast 2 hours but since he sped it up we see it in 5 min.

It's the best for the money.

(I know it doesn't sound very cheap, but the good one's are 200-700.

Anyone who is interested in digital illustration but not willing to spend tons on Photoshop, I seriously suggest you check out GIMP. It has pretty much all the tools you could need and providing you have something like a graphics tablet it is not difficult to create something as detailed as the picture in this video.
