  • @OK2BCK I think it's the pitch angle of the propeller that slows the pull of these things.. No thrust reverse because that feature is only on jet engines..

  • Actually, the Fedex facility is about mid runway. I think they do this to ease arrivals into PDX, instead of having a bunch of slower props on a long approach holding up the larger airliners.
